Synopsis (from the CBS Fox PAL VHS):

After a punk rock concert, Laser meets the mysterious punker, Dreadful Lisa, and follows her back to her apartment. Meanwhile, the Newport Beach Mangler claims a victim in an alley and the two witness him escaping into the night. That very night, Lisa is kidnapped and Laser is knocked unconscious. At the hospital, Laser meets Dr. Shaggles, a mad scientist who is performing horrific experiments beneath the hospital in a cave that leads to the ocean. After escaping into the sewers, Laser is rescued from murderous subterranean clowns by Florinda, the Queen of the Dolls. She returns with him to the surface to face off against both Dr. Shaggles and The Mangler. It is during this confrontation when the real identity of Dreadful Lisa is revealed.
